Booking Terms

1. Cars will be held for 7 days after booking form is sent. Booking is only confirmed upon receipt of deposit
2. We reserve the right to substitute vehicle in the event of accident or mechanical failure
3. Unless agreed otherwise, our hire is based on you having use of the car for up to 4 hours
4. We do not accept responsibility for delay caused through accident, breakdown or roadworks
5. In the event of a delay however caused, our maximum liability will be no more than the cost of our hire.
